Summary: When Picard and an away team are attacked, an energy blast damages the captain's artificial heart and kills him. In the afterlife, Picard meets Q (John de Lancie), who offers him the chance to go back in time and change a crucial moment in his youth: the bar fight that damaged his original heart.
