"Remember Me"
The 5th of the fourth season and 78th overall, this episode was originally broadcast on October 22, 1990. It was directed by Cliff Bole and written by Lee Sheldon.
Summary: While in spacedock, Wesley's experiment to create a static warp bubble appears to fail. Howevever, when the Enterprise leaves Starbase 133, Dr. Crusher finds that her elderly friend and mentor Dr. Dalen Quaice is missing and that there is no record of him coming aboard the ship. Crewmembers continue to disappear, but Crusher is the only one who seems to notice.

The title of this episode is also a line in the Ghost's speech in Act I, Scene V.
